Years ago a friend of mine liked to go on about how much he liked a local buffet called “Dorothy’s”. He was well known for his thriftiness (i.e. a cheapskate) . This is when I began to think about buffets as: “Whole Lotta mediocre food at a really good price”.

A local paper reviewed the restaurant. Regarding one of the meat dishes it asked the question:
